The invention relates to a construction method of an assembly type prefabricated part, which is suitable for a reverse construction process and at least comprises the following steps of: production of the prefabricated part: arranging a grouting sleeve in the top of a vertical prefabricated part, and respectively forming two sets of hoisting holes in two opposite side surfaces of the vertical prefabricated part, the two sets of hoisting holes in the surface of each side are symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis of the vertical prefabricated part; hoisting seats are installed on hoisting holes in the two sides of the currently-assembled vertical prefabricated part, hoisting equipment is installed at the hoisting holes in the two sides of the corresponding vertical prefabricated part on the upper layer, the currently-assembled vertical prefabricated part is lifted by taking up a rope, and in the lifting process, the hoisting seats are installed on the hoisting seats; reinforcing steel bars at the bottoms of the vertical prefabricated parts corresponding to the upper layer extend into grouting sleeves at the tops of the currently assembled vertical prefabricated parts until the currently assembled vertical prefabricated parts are in butt joint with the bottoms of the upper layer; and grouting connection. According to the construction method, the steel bars can be simply and conveniently positioned and aligned in the construction process.
