The low-rigidity high-bearing-capacity vertical vibration isolation support comprises a support upper cover plate used for being fixedly connected with an upper structure; the support lower cover plate is horizontally and oppositely arranged below the support upper cover plate at an adjustable vertical distance from the support upper cover plate, and the support lower cover plate is used for being fixedly connected with a lower structure; the vertical vibration isolation units are arranged on the support lower cover plate according to a preset plane layout, each vertical vibration isolation unit is composed of a belleville spring and conical laminated rubber, the belleville springs and the conical laminated rubber are arranged in series, and the conical laminated rubber is provided with a central through hole; the upper ends of the prestressed tendons are anchored and fixed on the support upper cover plate and penetrate through central through holes of the belleville spring and the conical laminated rubber, and the lower ends of the prestressed tendons are anchored and fixed on the support lower cover plate. Based on the composite stress mode of the conical laminated rubber and the belleville springs, the vertical rigidity of the whole support can be remarkably reduced, the vibration isolation efficiency is improved, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that the whole support has the high vertical bearing capacity under the low rigidity.
本发明公开一种低刚度高承载竖向隔振支座及复合振震双控支座。低刚度高承载竖向隔振支座包括:支座上盖板,用于与上部结构连接固定;支座下盖板,支座下盖板以与支座上盖板间隔一可调的竖向距离水平对置布置于支座上盖板的下方,用于与下部结构连接固定;多组竖向隔振单元,竖向隔振单元以预定的平面布局布置于支座下盖板上,并且竖向隔振单元由碟形弹簧和锥形叠层橡胶组成,碟形弹簧与锥形叠层橡胶串联布设,锥形叠层橡胶具有中心通孔;多根预应力筋,上端锚固固定于支座上盖板,并且穿过碟形弹簧与锥形叠层橡胶的中心通孔,下端锚固固定于支座下盖板。本发明基于锥形叠层橡胶和碟形弹簧的复合受力方式,能够显著降低整体支座的竖向刚度,提高隔振效率,同时又保证整体支座在低刚度下具备较高的竖向承载能力。
