Supporting-free concrete laminated slab of semi-arch type structure
The invention provides a support-free concrete laminated slab of a semi-arch type structure. The device is composed of a prefabricated bottom plate (1), steel pipe supports (8), semi-arch supports (5), bolts (6), bolt sleeves and the like. The invention further relates to a using method of the laminated slab. The using method comprises the steps that firstly, the steel pipe supports (8) are erected on the lower portions of the beams, and the steel pipe supports (8) are connected with the semi-arch supports (5) through welding; secondly, in the manufacturing process of the prefabricated bottom plate (1), a bolt sleeve is embedded in the bottom of the prefabricated bottom plate (1); and finally, the prefabricated bottom plate (1) is connected with the semi-arch supports (5) through bolts (6). The semi-arch-shaped supporting pieces are additionally arranged between the prefabricated bottom plate and the steel pipe supporting pieces, compared with a traditional mode that temporary supporting pieces are arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated bottom plate, the construction difficulty and complexity are greatly reduced, the additionally-arranged parts are small in occupied space, flexible connection between the semi-arch-shaped supporting pieces and the bottom of the prefabricated bottom plate is achieved, and operation is convenient.
本发明提供了一种半拱式结构的免支撑混凝土叠合板;由预制底板(1)、钢管支撑(8)、半拱型支撑(5)、螺栓(6)、螺栓套筒等组成;本发明还涉及前述叠合板的使用方法:首先在梁的下部架设钢管支撑(8),钢管支撑(8)通过焊接与半拱型支撑(5)连接;其次在预制底板(1)的制作过程中,在预制底板(1)的底部预埋螺栓套筒;最后预制底板(1)与半拱型支撑(5)通过螺栓(6)连接。本发明在预制底板与钢管支撑件之间加设半拱型支撑件,较传统的在预制底板的底部设置临时支撑件而言,本发明不仅大大降低了施工难度及复杂性,而且加设的部件占地空间小,且其与预制底板底部实现了灵活连接,便于操作。
