The device is composed of a prefabricated bottom plate (1), a wood formwork (2), a bolt and cushion block assembly (7) and special profile steel (5). The special profile steel (5) is additionally arranged, and the special profile steel (5) is connected with the prefabricated bottom plate (1) through the bolts (7-2), so that the flexural rigidity of the prefabricated bottom plate is improved; the wood formwork (2) is pressed by the special profile steel (5), the cushion block (7-1) and the prefabricated bottom plate (1), the formwork erecting-free effect can be achieved during secondary pouring, and it is truly achieved that no support is arranged during construction. The device is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate, safe and reliable.
