本发明公开了一种冷冻成型高孔隙率陶瓷膜支撑体及其制备方法,涉及陶瓷膜技术领域,将浆液原料放入球磨机中球磨,过100目筛,得到浆液,再将浆液导入制备好的聚四氟乙烯模具中,再将模具直接放入液氮池中冷冻成型,然后脱模,得到湿坯,再湿坯放入真空环境中,真空冷冻干燥,得到干坯,然后将干坯放入窑炉中,高温烧结,然后自然冷却,即得到陶瓷膜支撑体。本发明陶瓷膜支撑体制备的仅4个工艺步骤,整个工艺简单,且原料组分简单,不需要添加大量粘结剂、造孔剂来增加孔隙率,1‑5min即可完成成型,大大降低成型时间,大大缩短了整个支撑体的烧结周期,同时使用真空冷冻干燥,利用水的升华干燥,水所在的位置能够形成空隙,大大提升了支撑体孔隙率。
