The invention discloses high-densification aluminum oxide ceramic and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method of the high-densification aluminum oxide ceramic comprises the following steps that 1, aluminum oxide dry powder, pure water, a defoaming agent, a lubricating agent, a binding agent, a dispersing agent and magnesium oxide are weighed according to the proportion; (2) adding magnesium oxide and other weighed components into a ball milling tank, and performing secondary ball milling to obtain mixed slurry; (3) carrying out spray granulation on the mixed slurry subjected to pH value adjustment to obtain aluminum oxide ceramic granulation powder; (4) preparing a biscuit by adopting cold isostatic pressing (CIP) or dry bag type isostatic pressing (DIP); and (5) transferring the biscuit into a high-temperature sintering furnace for sintering, and cooling along with the furnace to obtain the high-densification aluminum oxide ceramic. The aluminum oxide ceramic prepared by the invention achieves high densification, the density of the aluminum oxide ceramic is effectively improved, and the porosity of the sintered aluminum oxide ceramic is reduced.
本发明公开一种高致密化氧化铝陶瓷及其制备方法与应用,本发明提供的一种高致密化氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,包括步骤如下:(1)根据配比称取氧化铝干粉、纯水、消泡剂、润滑剂、粘结剂、分散剂和氧化镁;(2)将氧化镁以及称取好的其余组分添加至球磨罐中,经二次球磨后得到混合浆料;(3)将PH值调整后的混合浆料进行喷雾造粒,得到氧化铝陶瓷造粒粉;(4)采用冷等静压成型(CIP)或者干袋式等静压成型(DIP)制备素坯;(5)将素坯转移到高温烧结炉中进行烧结,随炉冷却后得到高致密化的氧化铝陶瓷。本发明制备的氧化铝陶瓷达到了高致密化,有效地提高了氧化铝陶瓷密度,降低了烧结后氧化铝陶瓷的孔隙率。
