The invention relates to a preparation method of a barium tungstate ceramic autocatalysis electrode for efficient hydrogen evolution reaction, which comprises the following steps: preparing a barium tungstate pure phase by using a barium carbonate drug and a tungsten trioxide drug based on a solid phase method; sequentially carrying out granulation and tabletting treatment on the barium tungstate pure phase to obtain a barium tungstate sample sheet; and calcining the barium tungstate sample piece at different temperatures to obtain the barium tungstate ceramic autocatalysis electrode for the efficient hydrogen evolution reaction. The barium tungstate ceramic autocatalysis electrode obtained by the preparation method is not tight, low in cost and convenient to prepare, and large pores exist between formed crystal grains, so that more active sites are exposed, and ion transmission is facilitated; and the ceramic has very strong stability and corrosion resistance, so that the problem of poor stability of the traditional electrode is solved, and the long-cycle stability is improved.
本发明涉及一种用于高效析氢反应的钨酸钡陶瓷自催化电极的制备方法,包括:基于固相法,利用碳酸钡药品和三氧化钨药品制备钨酸钡纯相;对所述钨酸钡纯相依次进行造粒、压片处理,得到钨酸钡样品片;在不同温度下对所述钨酸钡样品片进行煅烧处理,得到用于高效析氢反应的钨酸钡陶瓷自催化电极。利用这种制备方法得到的钨酸钡陶瓷自催化电极不紧成本低廉、制备方便,而且所形成的晶粒之间有很大的孔隙,暴露了更多的活性位点,有利于离子的传输;并且陶瓷本身具有很强的稳定性,耐腐蚀性、克服了传统电极稳定性差的问题,提高了长循环稳定性。
