Method and system for rapidly measuring pavement flatness based on inclination angle sensing
The invention provides a pavement flatness rapid measurement method and system based on inclination angle sensing, and belongs to the field of engineering measurement methods, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining inclination angle data and position data of mobile equipment at different moments in a measurement process; based on the inclination angle data, height differences of front and rear wheels at different moments are obtained, and a height difference equidistant curve is obtained through preset sampling point parameters according to the height differences of the front and rear wheels and the position data; segmenting the height difference equidistant curve to obtain a longitudinal section profile curve of the pavement to be measured; and according to the profile curve of the vertical section, simulating three-meter ruler measurement to obtain a straight line, and determining the pavement flatness and the maximum uneven position according to the obtained straight line. The method can realize automatic detection, is rapid and efficient, reduces the detection cost, can measure the pavement line type of the whole road section, and improves the result accuracy.
本发明提供一种基于倾角传感的路面平整度快速测量方法和系统,属于工程测量方法领域,包括以下步骤:获取移动式设备在测量过程中不同时刻的倾角数据和位置数据;基于倾角数据,获得不同时刻的前后轮高差,通过预先设置的取样点参数并根据所述前后轮高差和所述位置数据获得高差等距曲线;对高差等距曲线进行分段,获得待测路面的纵断面剖面曲线;根据纵断面剖面曲线,模拟三米尺测量获得直线,根据获得的直线确定路面平整度和最大不平整位置。本发明可实现自动检测,快速高效,降低检测成本,可测得整个路段的路面线型,提高结果精确度。
