The invention discloses a maritime work trestle stabilizing system and a monitoring method thereof. The maritime work trestle stabilizing system comprises a trestle body, a wave monitoring module, a vortex vibration monitoring module, a wave compensation unit, a vortex vibration compensation unit, a test model and a calibration module. The wave monitoring module is used for monitoring and identifying characteristics of dominant waves; a vortex vibration monitoring module; corresponding compensation parameter data required under different wave characteristics and different vortex characteristics are simulated, a test model is used for modeling, in actual application, wave and vortex characteristics are monitored through the wave monitoring module and the vortex vibration monitoring module respectively, and through cooperation of the calibration module and the test model, the measurement accuracy is improved. According to the monitored wave and vortex characteristics, the wave compensation unit and the vortex vibration compensation unit are used for active compensation, instability caused by waves and vortex vibration caused by vortexes are eliminated, the amplitude of the bridge floor and structural damage are greatly reduced, and the stability and safety of the trestle body structure are effectively improved.
