The invention provides a bridge construction method based on a four-crown-block bridge girder erection machine. The bridge construction method comprises the steps that firstly, bridge piers are built; secondly, bridge segments are arranged on piers through a four-crown-block bridge girder erection machine, and the four-crown-block bridge girder erection machine comprises two longitudinal frames supported on supporting legs and four crown blocks; the second step specifically comprises the steps that the erected bridge section serves as a support, so that one end of a longitudinal frame is supported on the erected bridge section, and the other end of the longitudinal frame is supported on a foot pier adjacent to the erected bridge section through a supporting foot; the two bridge sections are moved to be in butt joint and erected on the bridge piers in the mode that the two crown blocks are hung at the two ends of one bridge section. The method has the advantage that when the first bridge span is composed of multiple sections, a temporary fixing structure does not need to be overlapped for construction, and the problem that when an existing first bridge span is composed of multiple sections, temporary supports need to be set up for fixing, and consequently the construction efficiency is low is solved.
本发明提供了一种基于四天车架桥机的桥梁施工方法,第一步、建筑桥墩;第二步、通过四天车架桥机将桥梁节段按照到桥墩上,四天车架桥机包括支撑在支撑脚上的两个纵架和四部天车,第二步的具体过程为:以已经架设好的桥梁节段为支撑使得纵架的一端支撑在架设好的桥梁节段上、另一端通过支撑脚支撑在同架设好的桥梁节段相邻的脚墩上,通过两个天车悬挂在一个桥梁节段的两端的方式将两段桥梁节段移动到对接在一起且架设在桥墩上。本发明具有桥梁一夸由多段构成时无需搭接临时固定结构进行施工的优点,解决了现有桥梁一夸由多段构成时需要搭建临时支撑固定所导致的施工效率低的问题。
