The environment-friendly civil engineering road drainage device comprises a main connecting shell and a drainage cover, a filter screen is arranged in the main connecting shell, the bottom of the main connecting shell is fixedly communicated with a cylindrical shell, the side lower portion of the cylindrical shell is fixedly communicated with a blow-off pipeline, and the side upper portion of the cylindrical shell is fixedly communicated with a drainage pipeline. The cylindrical shell is internally provided with a separate drainage mechanism, the separate drainage mechanism comprises an upper sealing plate and a lower sealing plate, the bottom of the lower sealing plate is rotatably connected with a high-floating sealing column, the outer part of the drainage cover is uniformly provided with long drainage ports, and the main connecting shell is internally provided with a lifting and drainage anti-blocking mechanism which comprises a lifting and drainage rod and an anti-blocking plate. Initial rainwater and later rainwater can be independently discharged in a separated mode, and it is avoided that mixed discharging of the initial rainwater and the later rainwater is not beneficial to later rainwater treatment; and when the amount of rainwater in the later period is increased, the lifting and discharging rod and the anti-blocking plate can autonomously reciprocate so as to improve the drainage effect and the anti-blocking effect of the device.
