Construction method of stepped window roof precast beam
The precast beam comprises an upper chord member and a lower chord member which are parallel to each other, a finished window mounting position is arranged in the middle of the upper chord member and the lower chord member, and truss structures located between the upper chord member and the lower chord member are arranged on the two sides of the upper chord member; during construction, (1) lofting and blanking are conducted on all parts of the precast beams, (2) welding and aluminum alloy window installation are conducted, and factory prefabrication of the precast beams is completed, (3) the precast beams are conveyed to a construction site and hoisted and installed one by one, the two ends of each precast beam are welded to a roof longitudinal beam, and the top face of an upper chord is flush with the upper step face; and the bottom surface of the lower chord member is flush with the adjacent lower step surface. The prefabricated beam with the window is attractive in appearance, light, ingenious, small in overall deflection and excellent in bearing performance, materials are easy to obtain, installation is convenient and fast, the force bearing requirement of the stepped layered roof cross beam can be met, meanwhile, the overall attractive requirement after the window is installed on the roof in a stepped mode is considered, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种阶梯状带窗屋面预制梁的施工方法,预制梁包括平行上下弦杆,上下弦杆中部设置有成品窗安装位,两侧设置有位于上下弦杆之间的桁架结构;施工时①对预制梁的各部件进行放样下料②焊接,安装铝合金窗户,完成预制梁的工厂预制③将预制梁运送至施工现场,逐个吊运、安装,每个预制梁两端焊接在屋面纵梁上,且上弦杆顶面与上一台阶面齐平,下弦杆底面与相邻的下一台阶面齐平。本发明使用造型美观、轻盈巧妙、整体挠度小、承载性能优良的带窗预制梁,其易于取材、安装方便快捷,能够满足阶梯层次式屋面横梁的承力要求,同时兼顾屋面阶梯安装窗户后的整体美观要求,施工周期大大缩短。
