Two joist bases are arranged between the two pieces of channel steel; the two joist bases comprise steel pipes and supporting plates; the supporting plate is fixedly connected to the steel pipe, and the steel pipe is partially located below the supporting plate. Threads are formed in the outer surface of one side, below the supporting plate, of the steel pipe; the device further comprises an adjusting mechanism. The method is mainly used for solving the problems that after the joist base is fixed to the channel steel through bolts, a worker cannot conveniently adjust the position of the joist base, the joist base can only be adjusted after all the bolts are dismounted, and the operation process is tedious and complex.
