The reinforcing component comprises an outer sticking steel plate and an inner sticking steel plate, a power transmission tower foot comprises tower foot angle steel, a connecting steel plate and a connecting bolt, the outer sticking steel plate is welded to the outer side of the tower foot angle steel in a sticking mode, the inner sticking steel plate is welded to the inner side of the tower foot angle steel in a sticking mode, and the outer sticking steel plate is fixedly connected with the connecting steel plate through a welding seam. The reinforcing method is used for reinforcing and reinforcing the angle steel which is corroded due to long-term soaking in water and is close to the contact surface of the power transmission tower foot angle steel and the foundation, so that the safety and the reliability of the power transmission tower in the normal use stage are ensured.
