Modular building and construction method thereof
A novel building suitable for dwelling is constructed using novel building modules and structures. The building comprises one or more vertical supports; the room module is fixed on the one or more vertical supports through a fixing mechanism; wherein a majority or an entirety of the weight of the room module is borne by the one or more vertical supports. The room module is lifted and horizontally inserted into the space between the vertical supports. This allows work on the roof of the building, such as extension of vertical supports, to proceed without being obstructed by room module installation.
