Method for preparing hydrothermal brick by utilizing humus soil of landfill and hydrothermal brick
The invention provides a method for preparing a hydrothermal brick by utilizing humus soil of a landfill and the hydrothermal brick. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, uniformly mixing the humus soil and sodium salt, calcining, crushing and grinding, adding acid liquor for acid leaching, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and drying an obtained solid substance to obtain dry gel; step 2, adding a NaOH solution into the xerogel for alkali dissolution to prepare water glass; step 3, uniformly mixing humus soil, slag, lime and water, then adding the water glass, and uniformly mixing to obtain slurry; and 4, carrying out compression molding on the slurry to obtain a standard brick, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the standard brick to obtain the hydrothermal brick. The hydrothermal brick prepared by the method has excellent mechanical properties, heavy metals are not easy to dissolve out after long-term use, the hydrothermal brick is simple and easy to operate, and the hydrothermal brick is suitable for large-scale treatment of the humus soil of the landfill, and can better realize resource utilization of the humus soil of the landfill and improve the additional economic value of the humus soil of the landfill.
本发明提出了一种利用填埋场腐殖土制备水热砖的方法及水热砖,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、将腐殖土与钠盐混匀后煅烧,破碎研磨后加入酸液进行酸浸,固液分离后对所得固体物质进行干燥,得到干凝胶;步骤2、向所述干凝胶中加入NaOH溶液碱溶,制得水玻璃;步骤3、另取腐殖土、炉渣、石灰和水混合均匀,然后加入所述水玻璃混合均匀,得到浆料;步骤4、将所述浆料模压成型,得到标准砖,将标准砖进行水热反应后得到水热砖。该方法制备的水热砖机械性能优异,长期使用重金属不易溶出,简单易操作,适合大批量处理填埋场腐殖土,可较好实现填埋场腐殖土的资源化利用及提高其附加经济价值。
