A system for manufacturing ceramsite through garbage power plant fly ash chelation comprises a mixing mill, an industrial water conveying pipeline, a chelating agent conveying pipeline, a fly ash conveying pipeline, a cement conveying pipeline, an industrial water measuring bin, a chelating agent measuring bin, a fly ash measuring bin, a cement measuring bin, a first industrial water pipeline, a first industrial water switching valve and a second industrial water pipeline. The device comprises a first industrial water switching valve, a second industrial water switching valve, a chelating agent solution tank, a stirrer, a chelating agent stock solution two-way switching conveying device, a chelating agent stock solution tank, a chelating agent solution two-way switching conveying device, a fly ash storage bin, a cement storage bin and a granulation conveying pipeline mounted at the bottom of the mixing mill, the granulating machine is connected with the tail end of the granulating conveying pipeline and is used for manufacturing ceramsite raw pellets; and the high-temperature sintered ceramsite manufacturing equipment is connected with the granulating machine through a pipeline and is used for manufacturing ceramsite. The method is low in operation cost, can recycle the garbage fly ash, and is free of secondary pollution to the environment. The method can be widely applied to the process of manufacturing ceramsite by using fly ash.
