The invention relates to an anti-sagging concrete curing material and a preparation method thereof. The anti-sagging concrete curing material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-50% of emulsion with a core-shell structure; 20%-30% of an anti-sagging agent; the curing agent comprises 20-30% of a'core-shell 'structure and 20-30% of a compacting agent, the'core' in the'core-shell 'structure has rigidity and can improve the film forming strength, meanwhile, nano titanium dioxide has ultraviolet resistance and can reduce aging damage of a high ultraviolet environment to a protective film formed by the curing agent, and in addition, nano titanium dioxide has photocatalytic performance and can improve the curing effect of the curing agent. In the curing process, polymerization growth of a'shell 'in the'core-shell' structure is initiated through continuous catalysis under the action of illumination, 'regeneration 'of the membrane is achieved, and the long-time continuous curing effect is achieved.
本发明涉及一种抗流挂型混凝土养护材料及其制备方法,包括以下百分含量的原料:40%‑50%的“核‑壳”结构乳液;20%‑30%的抗流挂剂;20%‑30%的密实剂,“核‑壳”结构中的“核”具有刚性,可提升成膜强度,同时纳米二氧化钛具有抗紫外性能,可减少高紫外环境对养护剂形成的保护膜的老化伤害,另外纳米二氧化钛具有光催化性能,在养护过程中在光照作用下持续催化引发“核‑壳”结构中“壳”的聚合生长,实现膜的“再生”,达到长时间持续养护效果。
