The invention discloses a temperature-resistant and salt-resistant latex toughening anti-channeling agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The temperature-resistant and salt-resistant latex toughening anti-channeling agent is prepared by the following steps: mixing a first part of a surfactant, a first part of low-molecular polybutadiene and a first part of styrene to obtain a seed emulsion I; the seed emulsion II is obtained by mixing a second part of surfactant, a second part of low-molecular-weight polybutadiene and a second part of styrene, and the seed emulsion II and an aqueous solution of sodium p-styrenesulfonate or 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid are subjected to emulsion polymerization; the temperature-resistant and salt-resistant latex toughening anti-channeling agent is applied to oil well cement to realize toughening; the temperature-resistant and salt-resistant latex toughening anti-channeling agent is latex particles with polystyrene as an inner core and a copolymer of sodium p-styrenesulfonate and polybutadiene or a copolymer of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and polybutadiene as a shell, and the latex particles are uniform in particle size distribution and have good stress dispersion effect and impact resistance; and due to the shell structure, latex molecules have good hydrophilicity and salt resistance.
本发明公开了一种耐温抗盐的胶乳增韧防窜剂及其制备方法和应用,其通过由第一份表面活性剂、第一份低分子聚丁二烯与第一份苯乙烯混合得到的种子乳液I,由第二份表面活性剂、第二份低分子聚丁二烯与第二份苯乙烯混合得到的种子乳液II、苯乙烯磺酸钠或2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑甲基丙磺酸的水溶液,通过乳液聚合得到;该耐温抗盐的胶乳增韧防窜剂应用于油井水泥中实现增韧;该耐温抗盐的胶乳增韧防窜剂为具有以聚苯乙烯为内核、苯乙烯磺酸钠与聚丁二烯的共聚物、或2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑甲基丙磺酸与聚丁二烯的共聚物为外壳的胶乳颗粒,胶乳颗粒粒径分布均匀,具有良好的应力分散作用以及抗冲击性能,且外壳结构使得胶乳分子具有良好的亲水性以及抗盐性能。
