The continuous beam side span straight line section and closure section cast-in-place support comprises a row of steel pipe stand columns fixed to a bearing platform through embedded parts, the side edges of the steel pipe stand columns are fixed to a pier body through wall attaching parts, and the top of each steel pipe stand column is provided with the corresponding distribution beam through an unloading block. A distribution beam is installed at the position of a beam body which is subjected to suspended pouring through a hanging system, a longitudinal beam is installed on the distribution beam and a cushion arranged on the top of a pier, a bottom die system is installed above the longitudinal beam, and a side span straight-line section beam body and a closure section beam body are cast in situ above the bottom die system. One section of the longitudinal beam is erected on the lifting pad, part of the upper load is shared, the counter force at the steel pipe stand column is effectively reduced, the requirements for the steel pipe specification and the bearing platform strength are reduced, the distribution beam is hung on the poured suspension pouring section through the hanging system, extra erecting of a supporting structure is avoided, and the unloading device is arranged on the upper portion of a hanging rod of the hanging system. The distribution beam can be lifted and dismantled on the bridge floor, aloft work is reduced, and real-time adjustment is facilitated.
本发明提供一种单排立柱少层次分配梁的连续梁边跨直线段及合龙段现浇支架,包括通过预埋件固定在承台上的一排钢管立柱,钢管立柱侧边与墩身通过附墙件固定,钢管立柱顶部通过卸落块安装分配梁,已悬浇完成梁体处通过吊挂系统安装分配梁,纵梁安装在分配梁及墩顶布置的抄垫上,纵梁上方安装底模系统,底模系统上方现浇边跨直线段梁体、合龙段梁体。本发明通过将纵梁一段搭设抄垫上,分担了部分上部荷载,使钢管立柱处反力有效降低,对钢管规格及承台强度要求降低,采用吊挂系统将分配梁吊挂于已浇筑悬浇段上,避免额外搭设支撑结构,吊挂系统吊杆上部设置卸落装置,使得分配梁提升及拆除卸落均可在桥面进行,减少高空作业,方便实时调节。
