本发明公开了一种智能化学释放减饱和预制桩及施工方法,包括桩身,所述桩身内间隔设有若干个深浅不一的孔道,每个孔道的两端均贯穿桩身,孔道一端贯穿桩身顶部,孔道另一端贯穿桩身侧壁,贯穿桩身侧壁的孔道底部的桩身上贴有电阻监测单元,所述电阻监测单元与控制端连接,所述孔道内设有控制阀门,所述控制阀门与继电器连接,所述继电器与控制端连接,所述控制端另一端与泵送装置连接。本发明采用的双氧水溶液成本较低,反应过程简单,实验产物绿色环保不会影响生态环境,其次二氧化锰催化剂在试验过程中只起催化作用不参与反应,可持续利用,化学反应产生的气体充足,保证整个实验过程迅速见效;通过设置多个深浅不一的孔道,实现分层减饱和;本发明能够长期有效的固化土体、降低土体饱和度,适用于吹填土等饱和度较高的土体。
