The invention discloses a pile body repairing and reinforcing construction method for a soft soil foundation, which is characterized in that the center of a to-be-repaired pile body in the soft soil foundation is taken as a rotation center, a spiral grouting guide pipe is inserted into soft soil around the pile body through a spiral drilling machine, and the spiral grouting guide pipe is provided with an upper end opening and a lower end opening; the end, above the ground, of the spiral grouting guide pipe is connected with a high-pressure grouting device. After the spiral drilling machine inserts the spiral grouting guide pipes into preset positions under the ground, the spiral drilling machine rotates reversely, the spiral grouting guide pipes are pulled out upwards, meanwhile, grouting is conducted on the periphery of the pile body from openings in the lower ends of the spiral grouting guide pipes, and resin and cement paste are injected through the different spiral grouting guide pipes correspondingly; and a reinforcing body with integrated slurry and ribs is formed, the damaged pile body is repaired and reinforced, and the bearing capacity of the pile body is improved.
