The invention discloses a construction method of a foundation pit slope re-excavation supporting structure. The re-excavation supporting structure comprises a foundation pit of a basement to be constructed, a design side slope arranged on the periphery of the foundation pit, soil nails arranged in the design side slope, a bearing platform arranged on the middle layer in the height direction of the design side slope, bearing platform piles connected to the lower portion of the bearing platform, and basement outer structure columns connected to the top of the bearing platform. The secondary support pile is arranged between the bearing platform and the construction land red line; and the top beam is arranged at the top of the secondary support pile. According to the method, the excavated foundation pit is backfilled, so that a construction space is provided for the bearing platform pile, and the bearing platform at the steep slope can be conveniently and rapidly constructed; through the arrangement of the secondary supporting piles and the top beams, it is guaranteed that pouring construction of the bearing platform piles after secondary backfill is conducted, soil inside and outside the piles is separated, soil at the damaged soil nail positions does not participate in stress, the risk of foundation pit collapse is avoided, meanwhile, backfill soil on the inner side of the foundation pit is reserved to serve as back pressure soil, and the overall stability of the foundation pit is improved.
