Prestressed uplift precast pile structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prestressed anti-pulling precast pile structure and a construction method thereof, and aims to overcome the defect that the anti-pulling bearing capacity of a precast anti-pulling pile is relatively small due to the fact that the anti-pulling bearing capacity of the precast anti-pulling pile can only be calculated according to two sections of piles at the upper part when the precast pile needs to be spliced into a plurality of sections of piles on site and is used for pulling resistance. The prefabricated hollow pile comprises a plurality of prefabricated hollow piles which are vertically spliced together, a pile bottom anchoring unit is arranged at the lower end of the hollow pile at the bottom, a pile top anchoring unit is arranged at the upper end of the hollow pile at the top, the pile bottom anchoring unit is connected with a steel strand, and the steel strand is connected with the pile top anchoring unit. The anchoring force of the anchoring end of the pile top is transmitted to the pile bottom of the precast pile through the steel strand, the force holding point is mainly located at the pile bottom, the pile side resistance is firstly exerted on the lower pile side and then transmitted to the pile top, and the pile side friction resistance can be more fully exerted. Meanwhile, the pile body and the connecting joints are always in a pressed state due to application of prestress, cracks can be avoided, and the bearing capacity of the pile body is improved.
本发明公开了一种预应力抗拔预制桩结构及其施工方法,旨在解决预制桩需在现场进行多节桩拼接,用于抗拔时,其抗拔承载力一般只能按上部两节桩计算,导致预制抗拔桩的抗拔承载力偏小的不足。该发明包括若干根上下拼接在一起的预制的空心桩,底部的空心桩的下端设置桩底锚固单元,顶部的空心桩的上端设置桩顶锚固单元,桩底锚固单元连接钢绞线,钢绞线与桩顶锚固单元连接。本发明将桩顶锚固端的锚固力通过钢绞线传递到预制桩的桩底,使持力点主要在桩底部,桩侧阻力在下部桩侧首先发挥,然后传递至桩顶,能够更加充分发挥桩侧摩阻力。同时,预应力的施加使桩身及连接节点处始终处于受压状态,不仅可以避免裂缝的产生,提高桩身承载力。
