The horizontal structure has at least: a front portion extending longitudinally rearward from a lower portion of the vertical structure; an anchoring structure on a rear side of the front portion for engaging the first hook of the strut, the laterally extending fixing rod, or a combination thereof, for fixing the rearward extending reinforcement plate to the anchoring structure; and a rear portion on a rear side of the anchoring structure.
