The well mouth is reserved in the corresponding position of the road surface, the fixing device is additionally arranged in the well mouth to support the well lid, the well lid is flush with the road surface, damage caused by the fact that the well lid is higher than the road surface is avoided, the well lid is positioned and aligned, the position of the well lid at the well mouth can be kept constant, and the well lid is consistent with the road surface in pattern, color and shape; and therefore, the decorative plate has the characteristics of good aesthetic degree and invisibility.
