The invention relates to a cross-shaped waterstop sealing structure for treating deformation joint leakage and a construction method. A cross-shaped waterstop seal is adopted in a leakage deformation joint to form the cross-shaped sealing structure capable of adapting to the deformation amount of a large joint. During construction, leaking stoppage is conducted on the leakage deformation joint and the settlement joint firstly, and then the evacuation structures on the two sides are repaired and cleaned in the joints; after cleaning is completed, an extruded sheet is plugged, first-time mortar filling construction is conducted, and the first-time mortar filling depth is half of the seam depth; placing the extruded sheet into a U-shaped groove, wherein the groove opening faces the extruded sheet; carrying out secondary mortar repairing to the outer surface of the structure; after the repairing mortar is cured, the extruded sheet is hooked out, and then compression sealing rubber is constructed; after the sealing rubber is compressed to form a ring, grouting is started, and a cross-shaped water stop sealing structure is formed; and finally, a weather-proof sealant is constructed on the outermost side, so that the pressure resistance of the water stop structure is improved. The method is suitable for leakage treatment of deformation joints and settlement joints, and is particularly suitable for leakage treatment of deformation joints with large deformation in winter and summer.
本发明涉及一种治理变形缝渗漏的十字止水密封构造及施工方法,渗漏变形缝中采用十字止水密封形成具有能够适应较大的缝隙的变形量的十字密封构造。施工时先对渗漏变形缝、沉降缝进行堵漏,然后对两边疏散结构进行修补及缝内清理;清理完成后塞入挤塑板,进行第一次砂浆填充施工,第一次砂浆填充深度为缝深的一半;然后放入U型槽,槽口朝向挤塑板;再进行第二次砂浆修补至结构外表面;修补砂浆固化后,勾出挤塑板,然后施工压缩密封橡胶;压缩密封橡胶成环后,开始注浆,形成十字止水密封构造;最后再在最外侧施工耐候密封胶,提高止水构造的抗压能力。本发明适用于变形缝、沉降缝的渗漏治理,尤其适用于冬夏变形量较大的变形缝的渗漏治理。
