The invention discloses a connecting structure of an assembly type strip-shaped wall plate and a frame and an assembly method of the connecting structure. The technical problems that in an existing assembly type building, wall heat preservation is poor, the number of assembly procedures is large, and the safety coefficient is low are solved. The assembly type strip-shaped wallboard structure mainly comprises main body frame columns, assembly type strip-shaped wallboards installed between the adjacent main body frame columns, outer covering wallboards covering the surfaces of the main body frame columns or the assembly type strip-shaped wallboards and post-pouring materials. The main body frame columns comprise main body frame columns at external corners, main body frame columns at flat corners and main body frame columns at internal corners; the externally-coated wall plates comprise the A-type externally-coated wall plate, the B-type externally-coated wall plate, the C-type externally-coated wall plate and the D-type externally-coated wall plate. The fabricated strip-shaped wallboards are connected with different types of outer covering wallboards and main body frame columns in a matched mode through the connecting buckles and the threaded steel bars, the good energy-saving and heat-preservation performance and the reliable tying performance are achieved, meanwhile, the building assembling procedures are reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
