A simple belt type parking device belongs to the technical field of stereo garages and comprises a synchronous conveying device, a transverse moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a grabbing mechanism, a parking platform, a wedge-shaped loading platform, a transition platform and a parking limiting platform. A chain transmission mode is adopted in a vehicle storing and taking mode, transmission is stable, the slipping phenomenon is avoided, and the safety of vehicle rising and falling is effectively guaranteed. The whole parking and taking structure of the garage comprises a synchronous conveying device, a transverse moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a grabbing mechanism and a parking platform. The parking platform has the functions that during parking, the grabbing mechanism and the vehicle borne by the grabbing mechanism are conveyed to a parking space of the parking platform, and then the parking platform returns to the initial position; when the vehicle is taken out, the grabbing mechanism lifts up the vehicle from the parking space, the vehicle is moved to the open position above through the lifting mechanism, the vehicle is moved to the exit under the driving of the transverse moving mechanism, and the vehicle taking operation is achieved. Due to the limitation of the internal space of the parking garage, the whole access structure is compact, the weight can be greatly reduced on the premise of meeting safety and reliability, and the cost is reduced.
