The invention discloses an ultrahigh-temperature ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that carbon fiber fabric is soaked in an organic sugar solution for a hydrothermal reaction, a carbon fiber fabric compound is obtained, then the carbon fiber fabric compound is carbonized, and a Cf/Cp composite material is obtained; carrying out high-temperature disproportionation reaction on the Cf/Cp composite material and a molten salt reaction system to obtain a Cf/MCp composite material; and carrying out vacuum impregnation on the Cf/MCp composite material in a SiC precursor solution, and then cracking to obtain the Cf/MC-SiC ultrahigh-temperature ceramic-based composite material. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the thermochemical damage to the carbon fibers in the metal infiltration process is reduced, the technical problem that the slurry infiltration ultrahigh-temperature ceramic phase is difficult to uniformly disperse in the fiber fabric is solved, and the obtained ultrahigh-temperature ceramic-based composite material is excellent in comprehensive performance.
本发明公开了一种超高温陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括:将碳纤维织物浸泡在有机糖溶液中进行水热反应,得到碳纤维织物复合物,再对碳纤维织物复合物进行碳化处理,得到Cf/Cp复合材料;将Cf/Cp复合材料与熔盐反应体系进行高温歧化反应,得到Cf/MCp复合材料;将Cf/MCp复合材料在SiC先驱体溶液中真空浸渍,再裂解,得到Cf/MC‑SiC超高温陶瓷基复合材料。本发明提供的制备方法既降低了金属熔渗过程对碳纤维的热化学损伤,又解决了料浆浸渗超高温陶瓷相难以在纤维织物内部均匀分散的技术难题,所得超高温陶瓷基复合材料综合性能优异。
