By adding silicon dioxide, a low-temperature molten state is formed in the sintering process, and the sinterability of a matrix and the mechanical property of the sintered composite film are enhanced. The silicon dioxide and the boron nitride nanosheet are sintered to form tight combination, so that the matrix shows multiple excellent properties. The invention provides a simpler process and process preparation method, the preparation time is shortened, and the preparation cost is reduced.
