The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-strength coal gangue sintered brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing coal gangue and quartz sandstone powder; step 2, adding manganous fluoride into the first mixture, and carrying out wet ball milling treatment; 3, the second mixture is subjected to compression molding and then placed in a drying oven to be dried, and a prefabricated brick blank is obtained; and 4, putting the prefabricated brick blank into a muffle furnace, carrying out heating sintering treatment, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the coal gangue sintered brick. On the basis of the coal gangue, the quartz sandstone is added as a mixed filler, and then the manganous fluoride is added as a modified reinforcing material, so that the strength of the prepared coal gangue sintered brick is greatly improved, the void ratio can reach 40% or above, and the thermal insulation performance of the sintered brick is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种高强度煤矸石烧结砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,将煤矸石和石英砂岩的粉末混合;步骤2,将氟化亚锰加入至第一混合料内,进行湿法球磨处理;步骤3,将第二混合料压制成型,然后置于烘箱内干燥,得到预制砖坯料;步骤4,将预制砖坯料置于马弗炉内,升温烧结处理后,降温至室温,得到煤矸石烧结砖。本发明通过在煤矸石的基础上,加入了石英砂岩作为混合填充料,然后还加入氟化亚锰作为改性增强料,使得制备的煤矸石烧结砖的强度得到大幅度提升,并且孔洞率能够达到40%以上,大幅的增加了烧结砖的保温性能。
