Method and device for in-situ ex-situ preparation of ceramsite from polluted soil
The invention relates to the technical field of polluted soil treatment, and provides a method and a device for preparing ceramsite in situ and in different positions by utilizing polluted soil. The method is used for carrying out in-situ treatment on the polluted soil of a target polluted site, and comprises the following steps: building a thermal desorption combined ceramsite sintering device on the target polluted site, adding the polluted soil excavated from the target polluted site into the device, and enabling the polluted soil to be sequentially subjected to drying, granulation and sintering links to form ceramsite; according to the method, thermal desorption and ceramsite firing of the contaminated soil are completed in situ on the site, the risk and cost of transportation in different places are reduced, activated carbon is used as a pore forming agent and an adhesive, the porosity of the contaminated soil ceramsite is improved, meanwhile, thermal desorption energy consumption is reduced, and the method has the advantages of being simple in technological process, small in environmental pollution and low in energy consumption; the ceramsite can be used as lightweight aggregate and a water filtering material, so that resource utilization of the polluted soil is realized.
本发明涉及污染土壤处理技术领域,提供一种利用污染土原地异位制备陶粒的方法及装置。本发明的方法,对目标污染场地的污染土壤进行原位处理,包括:在目标污染场地搭建热脱附联用烧结陶粒装置,将从目标污染场地中挖掘出来的污染土壤加入所述装置中,使污染土壤依次经过干燥、造粒、烧结环节形成陶粒;该方法在场地原地完成污染土壤的热脱附和烧制成陶粒,减少异地外运的风险和成本,利用活性炭作为造孔剂和粘合剂,改善污染土壤陶粒孔隙度,同时降低热脱附能源消耗,具有工艺流程简单、环境污染小、能源消耗低的优点,陶粒可作为轻骨料和滤水材料使用,实现了污染土壤的资源化利用。
