Comprising an outer formwork, a pouring area and an action area which are communicated with each other are arranged in the outer formwork, and inner formworks are arranged on the left side and the right side of the pouring area; a filling hopper is arranged above the front end of the pouring area, and a liftable scraping template is arranged on the rear side of an outlet in the lower end of the filling hopper; the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the action area are each provided with a set of belt conveying mechanism, the two sets of belt conveying mechanisms are the same in structure and have the vertical height difference, belts in the belt conveying mechanisms surround to form an isosceles trapezoid structure with the long upper portion and the short lower portion, and a plurality of vertical partition plates are arranged between the two belt conveying mechanisms. The belts on the two sides drive the partition plates to circularly move along the track of the isosceles trapezoid structure, and the moving partition plates separate the poured concrete; the curb slip-form construction method solves the problem that curbs constructed by an existing curb slip-form construction method are continuous.
