A miniature fish passing facility for a low river baffle of a mountain river channel comprises a fish passing pipeline, a control system and a solar panel, the fish passing pipeline is laid and connected to the bottom of a riverbed on one side of the river baffle, a fish luring and driving device is arranged on a downstream fish way of the fish passing pipeline, and a first pressure sensing valve and a pressurization facility are arranged on an upstream fish way. A second pressure-sensitive valve is further arranged in the middle of the fish passing pipeline, the solar panel is arranged on one side of the river dike, the control system is communicated with the fish luring and driving device, the first pressure-sensitive valve, the pressurizing facility and the second pressure-sensitive valve, and the joints of the devices are coated with sealing materials. The fish luring and driving device is used for luring fishes, the infrared camera and the oxygen content detection device are used for monitoring the survival state of the fishes in real time, the pressurizing facility and the valve are used for increasing water heads, solar energy is converted into electric energy to provide power, the remote terminal is arranged for control and biological data collection, fixed-point controllable normal fish migration is achieved, the principle is scientific, the structure is simple, and popularization is easy.
