The invention discloses a manual hole digging pile retaining wall construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, prefabricating retaining wall precast blocks in a prefabricating field in advance, and transporting the retaining wall precast blocks to a construction site; 2, after the hole is manually dug to the designed depth, a circle of prefabricated blocks are installed, then after downward digging is continued to be conducted by the designed depth, another circle of prefabricated blocks are installed at intervals till the designed multiple circles of prefabricated blocks are installed, and a formwork cast-in-place height is formed; thirdly, formwork erecting is conducted outside the multiple circles of precast blocks, concrete cast-in-place is conducted, and the multiple circles of precast blocks are connected into an overall stress structure in a pouring mode; and fourthly, downward digging continues, and the second step and the third step are repeated till all protection wall construction is completed. The retaining wall construction mode combining prefabrication and cast-in-place is adopted, the problems existing in prefabrication and cast-in-place are solved at the same time, the common advantages of prefabrication and cast-in-place are integrated, and the retaining wall construction method has the advantages of being high in construction efficiency and good in construction quality.
本发明公开了一种人工挖孔桩护壁施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、提前在预制场预制好护壁预制块,并运送至施工现场;步骤二、人工挖孔至设计深度后,安装一圈预制块,然后继续下挖设计深度后,间隔安装另一圈预制块,直至安装完成设计的多圈预制块,形成一个支模现浇高度;步骤三、在多圈预制块外进行支模,并进行混凝土现浇,将多圈预制块浇筑连接为整体受力结构;步骤四、继续下挖,重复步骤二和步骤三,直至完成所有的护壁施工。本发明采用预制和现浇相结合的护壁施工方式,同时解决了预制和现浇存在的问题,且综合了预制和现浇的共同优点,具有施工效率高,施工质量好的优势。
