The invention discloses construction site drainage anti-blocking equipment which comprises a transfer water tank, a filter cartridge, a hydraulic cylinder, a rotating motor, a first-stage drainage pipe, a second-stage drainage pipe, a third-stage drainage pipe and a drainage ground well. Impurities are filtered out through the vertically-arranged filter cartridge, the filter cartridge is kept in a rotating state all the time, and the filter cartridge is matched with the outer mud scraping piece on the outer side, so that impurity accumulation and blockage are avoided. By arranging the ball columns corresponding to the filter holes, sludge and silt attached to the filter holes can be squeezed away, the filter holes are communicated, and when the filter holes are blocked too much to affect drainage or too much impurities are accumulated in the transfer water tank, the transfer water tank can be lifted through the hydraulic cylinder to be cleaned and maintained.
