The overhanging concrete slab extends to the position above the concrete reverse ridge, a gap is formed between the overhanging concrete slab and the position above the concrete reverse ridge, thermal insulation materials serving as formworks are arranged in the deformation joint and the gap, first waterproof materials are laid on the surface of the first building structural slab and the surface of the second building structural slab, and concrete piers are arranged on the second building structural slab. A water level lowering blind ditch is formed between the concrete pier and the concrete reverse ridge, and floor drains are arranged in the water level lowering blind ditch at intervals. Compared with the prior art, the waterproof performance of the deformation joint is improved by arranging the water level lowering blind ditch, and the landscape effect is not affected due to the fact that the water level lowering blind ditch is buried under the covering soil.
