The invention relates to a bamboo-plastic concrete composite floor based on co-extrusion molding. The bamboo-plastic concrete composite floor comprises a bamboo-plastic plate, a concrete layer and two-way steel bars. The multiple bamboo-plastic plates are sequentially spliced on the horizontal plane, the two-way steel bars are arranged above the spliced bamboo-plastic plates, the concrete layers are poured on the upper end faces of the bamboo-plastic plates, and the concrete layers cover the two-way steel bars; the bamboo-plastic plate is a rectangular plate, a plurality of holes penetrating through the length direction are formed in the bamboo-plastic plate, and the holes are sequentially arranged in the width direction, so that a lattice structure is formed at the cross section of the bamboo-plastic plate; the bamboo-plastic concrete composite floor is used as a structural bearing floor. The invention further relates to a connection structure of the bamboo-plastic concrete composite floor and the beam based on co-extrusion molding. Compared with a traditional bamboo floor, the strength and rigidity of components can be enhanced, and the fireproof performance and the sound insulation performance are effectively improved; compared with a concrete floor slab, the self weight can be effectively reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
