The construction method comprises the following steps of: performing galling construction on a wall surface through a fair-faced concrete imitating material, replacing a traditional coating with the material, enabling the surface to be smooth after forming, having no requirement on roughness, and reducing and even completely eradicating the condition of wall surface fracture, performing finishing agent construction on the wall surface after galling forming, and covering a finishing agent on the galled surface so as to ensure that the surface of the wall surface meets the follow-up construction requirements. The galling wall surface can be protected, the appearance is improved, and the durability is increased.
