The invention discloses a construction method for integrally erecting an outer protection frame and a high formwork, which comprises the following steps of: pouring constructional columns between closed ring beams, erecting a disc buckle type high formwork, and forming the outer protection frame of a boundary beam formwork mounting platform by using transverse rods and inclined rods of the disc buckle type high formwork in a pulling manner. The outer protection frame and the two outermost spans of vertical rods of the disc buckle type high-support formwork are provided with tie structures, the tie structures are arranged in the two outermost spans of vertical rods of the disc buckle type high-support formwork in a symmetrical triangular mode, the vertical rods in the outermost row of the disc buckle type high-support formwork are arranged in a short rod mode, and the edge beam formwork is supported by a shelving cross beam. The connecting disc below the shelving cross beam is reinforced by adopting an anti-skid buckle, and the lower-layer disc buckle type high formwork is disassembled.
