The invention discloses a construction method for integrally erecting an outer protection frame and a high formwork, which comprises the following steps of: pouring constructional columns between closed ring beams, erecting a disc buckle type high formwork, and forming the outer protection frame of a boundary beam formwork mounting platform by using transverse rods and inclined rods of the disc buckle type high formwork in a pulling manner. The outer protection frame and the two outermost spans of vertical rods of the disc buckle type high-support formwork are provided with tie structures, the tie structures are arranged in the two outermost spans of vertical rods of the disc buckle type high-support formwork in a symmetrical triangular mode, the vertical rods in the outermost row of the disc buckle type high-support formwork are arranged in a short rod mode, and the edge beam formwork is supported by a shelving cross beam. The connecting disc below the shelving cross beam is reinforced by adopting an anti-skid buckle, and the lower-layer disc buckle type high formwork is disassembled. By means of the construction method, integrated erecting of the outer protection frame and the disc buckle type high formwork can be achieved, the erected outer protection frame is stable in structure, and the disc buckle type high formwork and the outer protection frame are effectively tied with the structure.
