The invention discloses a concrete layered pouring method which comprises the following steps: for a to-be-constructed reinforced concrete structure, arranging reinforcing steel bars and installing a concrete pouring template, and forming a concrete pouring cavity with at least one to-be-layered section in the concrete pouring template; a first concrete layering device is inserted into the at least one section to be layered in the first direction through a first concrete layering device inserting groove reserved in the concrete pouring formwork and is matched with the steel bars; a second concrete layering device is inserted into the at least one section to be layered in the second direction through a second concrete layering device inserting groove reserved in the concrete pouring formwork and is matched with the steel bars; and concrete is poured into a cavity, located on one side of the to-be-layered section, in the concrete pouring cavity, and the first concrete layering device and the second concrete layering device are taken out after initial setting and before final setting of the concrete.
