The invention provides a rope pulling device. The rope pulling device comprises a base plate, a fixed pulley, a rope body, a pulling piece and a fixing part. The fixed pulley is used for being connected with a piece to be pulled, the first end of the rope body is connected with the base plate, the rope body bypasses the fixed pulley, the pulling piece is connected with the second end of the rope body, the pulling piece is used for pulling the rope body, the fixed part is arranged on the base plate, and the pulling piece is connected with the fixed part.
