The invention discloses a composite phase change material thermal insulation wallboard and a sunlight greenhouse, which are low in production cost, light in material weight, strong in heat absorption and energy exchange capacity and suitable for being used in different regions. Comprising the following steps: (1) taking raw materials: 30-35 parts by weight of a gel material, 65-70 parts by weight of fly ash, 3-5 parts by weight of gypsum, 0.005-0.01 part by weight of aluminum powder, 11-15 parts by weight of a phase change material and 0.0008-0.0012 part by weight of heat-conducting graphite, mixing, and stirring at a high speed to obtain slurry for later use; (2) welding reinforcing steel bars with the diameter of 3-5mm into a mesh or a mesh cage, and carrying out corrosion prevention, drying and assembling treatment to obtain a frame; (3) pouring the slurry into a mold, performing vibration finishing, pressing the frame into the mold, and performing constant-temperature pre-curing for 3-6 hours at the temperature of 40-50 DEG C and the humidity of 60-80% to obtain a green body; and (4) cutting and forming the green body, performing high-temperature autoclaved curing for 8-10 hours at the steam pressure of 0.8-1.2 MPa and the temperature of 180-185 DEG C, and then cooling to obtain the composite phase change material thermal insulation wallboard.
本发明公开了一种复合相变材料保温墙板和日光温室,生产成本低,材料重量轻,吸热和能量交换能力强,在不同的地区均适宜使用。包括步骤:(1)取原料:30‑35重量份的凝胶材料、65‑70重量份的粉煤灰、3‑5重量份的石膏、0.005‑0.01重量份的铝粉、11‑15重量份的相变材料、0.0008‑0.0012重量份的导热石墨,混合、高速搅拌,得料浆,备用;(2)取直径为3‑5mm的钢筋焊接为网片或网笼,进行防腐、烘干、组装处理,得框架;(3)将所述料浆浇注至模具中,震动整理,将所述框架压入模具中,在温度为40‑50℃、湿度为60‑80%之间,恒温预养3‑6小时,得坯体;(4)坯体切割成型,在蒸汽压力为0.8‑1.2MPa、温度为180‑185℃之间进行高温蒸压养护8‑10小时,接着进行冷却,得到复合相变材料保温墙板。
