Method for improving comprehensive electrical performance of TiO2-doped ZnO varistor
The invention discloses a method for improving the comprehensive electrical property of a TiO2-doped ZnO varistor, and belongs to the technical field of resistor disc preparation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) coating ZnO raw material powder with a TiO2 precursor through a sol-gel method to obtain titanium alkoxide gel coated with ZnO powder; (2) drying the titanium alkoxide gel, and then calcining to form ZnO calcined powder uniformly doped with TiO2; and (3) preparing the ZnO varistor by taking the ZnO calcined powder uniformly doped with TiO2 as a main raw material. According to the invention, the distribution uniformity of TiO2 in the varistor ceramic body is improved, so that the comprehensive electrical performance of the resistor disc is improved.
本发明公开了一种改进TiO2掺杂ZnO压敏电阻综合电性能的方法,属于电阻片制备技术领域。该方法包括:(1)通过溶胶‑凝胶法将TiO2前驱体包裹在ZnO原料粉末上,得到包裹ZnO粉体的钛醇盐凝胶;(2)将钛醇盐凝胶烘干,然后煅烧形成均匀掺杂TiO2的ZnO煅烧粉体;(3)以该均匀掺杂TiO2的ZnO煅烧粉体为主要原料制备ZnO压敏电阻。本发明通过提升TiO2在压敏电阻瓷体中分布均匀性提高了电阻片的综合电性能。
