Wide-temperature-range anti-ablation glass-ceramic multilayer composite coating and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a wide-temperature-range long-service-life ablated glass-ceramic multilayer composite coating and a preparation method thereof. A YAS-[HfC/ZrC] 3-SiC multi-layer composite anti-ablation coating is prepared on the surface of a carbon/carbon composite material through a high-temperature in-situ reaction, plasma spraying alternate deposition and thermal coating composite technology, a SiC ceramic inner layer is used for relieving thermal mismatch between the coating and a matrix, and a [HfC/ZrC] 3 ceramic middle layer is used for improving the high-temperature oxygen blocking capacity of the coating through a (Hf, Zr) O2 binary solid solution formed by in-situ oxidation; the YAS outer layer synergistically improves the medium and low temperature oxygen resistance and strong scouring resistance of the coating by virtue of the crack healing and pore sealing effects of glass, and the multi-layer coating structure can realize long-time effective ablation protection of the carbon/carbon composite material under the'wide temperature range oxidation-strong scouring 'coupling effect. The anti-ablation time of the YAS-[HfC/ZrC] 3-SiC multi-layer composite coating prepared by the invention in an Ar-O2 plasma ablation environment is longer than 1000s, the anti-ablation time of the YAS-[HfC/ZrC] 3-SiC multi-layer composite coating in an oxyacetylene ablation environment is longer than 300s, and the anti-ablation time of the YAS-[HfC/ZrC] 3-SiC multi-layer composite coating in a laser ablation environment is longer than 60s.
本发明涉及一种宽温域长寿命烧蚀玻璃‑陶瓷多层复合涂层及制备方法。通过高温原位反应、等离子喷涂交替沉积与热涂覆复合工艺,在碳/碳复合材料表面制备一种YAS‑[HfC/ZrC]3‑SiC多层复合抗烧蚀涂层,SiC陶瓷内层用于缓解涂层与基体之间的热失配,[HfC/ZrC]3陶瓷中间层通过原位氧化所形成(Hf,Zr)O2二元固溶体提升涂层的高温阻氧能力,YAS外层借助玻璃的裂纹愈合、孔隙封填作用协同提升涂层的中低温阻氧和抗强冲刷能力,该多层涂层结构可以实现对碳/碳复合材料在“宽温域氧化‑强冲刷”耦合作用下的长时有效烧蚀防护。本发明所制备的YAS‑[HfC/ZrC]3‑SiC多层复合涂层在Ar‑O2等离子烧蚀环境下抗烧蚀时间大于1000s、氧乙炔烧蚀环境下抗烧蚀时间大于300s、激光烧蚀环境下抗烧蚀时间大于60s。
