The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of underground engineering. The underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage comprises two sets of H-shaped steel assemblies arranged in parallel, each set of H-shaped steel assembly comprises a plurality of pieces of H-shaped steel, and the H-shaped steel in different sets are in one-to-one correspondence; the first fixing assemblies are arranged between the two pieces of H-shaped steel in one-to-one correspondence; the second fixing assemblies are arranged between the same group of H-shaped steel; the shear nails are arranged on the H-shaped steel; and the lining connecting steel bar is arranged on one of the two groups of H-shaped steel components. The multiple shear nails are arranged on the H-shaped steel, so that the H-shaped steel and the concrete can be cooperatively stressed, the H-shaped steel serves as a main stress structure, and the H-shaped steel is fixed through the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly; therefore, additional profile steel frameworks or thick reinforcement frameworks do not need to be arranged between the stressed main reinforcements of the diaphragm wall reinforcement cage any more, and waste of reinforcement materials is reduced.
