The foundation construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, foundation pit excavation is conducted on a construction site in the mode that excavation is conducted while reinforcement is conducted; secondly, a foundation pile array is arranged in the foundation pit; thirdly, a floating type adjusting table is arranged in the foundation pile array; fourthly, the soil excavated in the first step is backfilled into the foundation pit, covers the floating type platform and is tamped; and fifthly, a reinforced concrete layer is poured on the backfill soil layer, and the foundation piles are fixed in the reinforced concrete layer. The floating type adjusting platform is arranged in the pile foundation array, the floating type adjusting platform acts on the pile foundations and the floating type adjusting platform of the sinking part, traction force is formed on the sinking pile foundations and the sinking floating type adjusting platform, sinking of the building foundation can be delayed, the service life of a building is prolonged, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the building sinks evenly in the whole, and the construction quality is improved. Inclination caused by uneven sinking of the building is reduced, and the safety of the building is improved.
