The invention provides a structure which can be easily constructed even by a non-skilled craftsman when a covering part is embedded into a core material during crosspiece construction. The armrest clamp (10) is provided with a first part (11) and a second part which can relatively swing with a fulcrum (14) as the center; a first gripping part (21) provided on the first member; a second gripping part provided on the second member; a first clamping part (31) arranged on the first component; a second clamping part which is provided on the second member and which is brought into contact with or separated from the first clamping part when the first member and the second member swing relative to each other about the fulcrum; a first guide section (41) provided to the first clamping section and capable of coming into contact with the outer periphery of the cover (6); and a second guide part which is provided to the second clamping part and which is capable of clamping the cover between the first guide part and the second guide part by bringing the second clamping part close to the first clamping part, the first guide part and the second guide part being movable in a state in which the first guide part and the second guide part are in contact with the outer periphery of the cover.
