A high-strength spring is installed at the tail of the propeller, a handle and a limiting piece are arranged in the radial direction of the propeller, an anchor cable steel strand bundle is moved through a jack piston, and pressure stabilization is conducted after the locking value is reached; in the pressure stabilizing stage, a limiting plug pin on the propeller is removed, the propeller impacts the working clamping piece at a high speed under the action of the high-strength spring, the working clamping piece is wedged into an anchor hole of the tool anchor and is in seamless engagement with the anchor cable steel strand bundle, and therefore the prestress loss in the tensioning stage of the anchor cable steel strand bundle is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种减小锚索预应力损失的锚索张拉方法,锚索钢绞线束前段固定在目标物中,目标物外侧设置工作锚,工作锚尾侧设置活动块,活动块固定连接在千斤顶活塞上,千斤顶尾部固定安装工具锚;锚索钢绞线束依次穿过工作锚、推进器、活动块、千斤顶和工具锚的锚孔,在工作锚的锚孔的尾部插入了工作夹片;在推进器尾部安装有高强弹簧,在推进器的径向设有手柄以及限位件,通过千斤顶活塞移动锚索钢绞线束,达到锁定值后进行稳压;在稳压阶段,卸除推进器上的限位插销,推进器在高强弹簧的作用下,高速撞击工作夹片,使得工作夹片楔入工具锚的锚孔中,与锚索钢绞线束无缝咬合,从而有效减小锚索钢绞线束张拉阶段的预应力损失。
